FOUNTAIN CITY, WI (May 07, 2010) – Fridays have been great in the area; if you are a duck. Re/Max Results night at Mississippi Thunder Speedway once again
fell to a rainout; the third in a row at the speedway. In what will feel like a second season opener, fans will have to wait yet another week to see which
Jailhouse Saloon WISSOTA Street Stock driver was named the Driver of the Week for the opening night.
But next up, cross our fingers, will be the much-anticipated first-ever Cornbelt Clash WISSOTA Late Model event sponsored by Coca Cola in a $2000-to-win
show. Travelers, locals, rookies, and veterans will provide a great show as they roar through the sweeping turns at MTS. Join us for WISSOTA Late Models to
please and tease the crowd.
Also on the card will be the Jailhouse Saloon WISSOTA Street Stocks, TheEngineStore.com USRA B-Mods, Rivercity Manufacturing USRA Modifieds, and the Junior
and Senior Mini Mods will hit the track for their first event this season. The Winona Auto Sales WISSOTA Super Stocks will not be in competition nor will
the Oakridge Fabrication 600 Mini Mods.
Grandstand admission will be $15 for adults, $12 for Senior Citizens, and $5 for ages 12 and under. The grandstands will open at 5 p.m. and the pit gate
will open at 4:30 p.m. with draw cutoff at 6:30 p.m.
Racing starts at 6 p.m. for the Mini Mods and regular racing action begins at 7 p.m. Join us when the big boys get unleashed at MTS.
