MISSISSIPPI THUNDER SPEEDWAY ANNOUNCES RECORD POINT FUND FOR USRA B-MOD CLASS COMPLIMENTS OF BAEHMAN LAW

WINONA, MN (March 29, 2011) – Jack Baehman, Owner of Baehman Law, has been a lifelong race fan and a tremendous supporter of MISSISSIPPI THUNDER SPEEDWAY for the last couple of years. Jack is a firm believer in the USRA B-Mod class but understands how difficult it can be for the average racer to make ends meet throughout the course of the race season.

In an attempt to help as many race teams as possible, while growing the USRA B-Mod class at MISSISSIPPI THUNDER SPEEDWAY, Jack has decided to fund an unbelievably generous point fund for the USRA B-Mod class for the 2011 season.

The point fund will pay a whopping $3000.00 to win and will pay back to the top 20 in points at MTS. There will also be a bonus of $250.00 paid to the competitor that races every show and ends up with the lowest point total.

This point fund will be in addition to the USRA track point fund. The Baehman point fund will include every B-Mod race held at MTS in 2011 starting with the season opener on April 22nd, with the champion being crowned on September 10th at the conclusion of the 2nd annual USRA Nationals.

For the Baehman point fund only, each competitor will be allowed to throw out four (4) of the seasons completed B-Mod shows. This will allow those racers that can't make every single race to still be contenders for the point fund.

There will be 100 additional show points awarded for the Baehman point fund only for the June 24th and August 6th B-Mod specials.

In order be eligible for the Baehman Point fund you must register at the pit gate and pay a onetime $25 fee. You will receive two Baehman Law stickers that must be clearly displayed on both sides of your car for the entire 2011 season at MTS. You must compete in at least ten (10) USRA B-Mod events at MTS during the 2011 race season.
